SHIPPING

After placing your order, allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order. All items will be shipped via Canadian postal services, such as Canada Post, UPS etc.. or if within surrounding business area, a dees.diy.deco representative. Allow 10-15 business days for delivery of all items within Canada . Should the items not arrive after the 15th business day, email me at dees.diy.deco@gmail.com

 

Shipping for Custom orders will be communicated via email, which will include all information for completion time and shipping requirements.

 

Be advised, all items on the website are also displayed when I attend in person markets. Follow me on Instagram @dees.diy.deco to see where I will be. With that in mind, items may be sold out.

 

If items are sold out, and your purchase has been placed, I will contact you within 48 hours to resolve the issue.

 

All orders placed after 6pm, will be processed the next business day.

 

*Note shipping fees will be automatically adjusted.

 

 

REFUNDS

All CUSTOM orders placed are 100% non refundable.

Here are dees.diy.deco, we want you to love your purchase. Should your item be damage due to shipping, take a photo, and email me at dees.diy.deco@gmail.com. You will then have 5 business days to ship the item back.

I do not offer returns, but you are welcome to exchange or receive a refund, in the form of a gift card.

All exchanges should made within 5 business days after being received. It should be sent back the same way it was received. All shipping and tracking fees are covered by the customer and there will not be any reimbursements.
